Tumbleroot Pottery Pub brings together two unique Santa Fe businesses, Paseo Pottery and Tumbleroot Brewery & Distillery. Angela & Jason Kirkman have decided to fulfill a dream decades in the making — creating a unique and local pub experience.
Since meeting in college, Jason has been passionate about crafting beers, spirits, and cocktails with seasonal, organic ingredients, often wild harvested or picked straight from Angela's garden. Angela spends her days in her ceramic studio, dreaming up the perfect clay vessels to compliment Jason's libations.
The two have teamed up to create a public space that weds both of their passions — suds + mud — a playful pub where friends can sip on locally made libations and engage with Santa Fe's rich ceramic culture & history.
On-tap and to-go.
Tumbleroot's award-winning beers and spirits are all made from from scratch — our spirits are made from only organic base ingredients. Our cocktails are mixtures of fresh fruit and house-made syrups & infusions, served in custom ceramic vessels. Try a flight of our beers or spirits or purchase them to-go from the bottle shop!

All of our house-made cocktails, spirits, and beers are served in ceramic vessels specifically designed for each beverage. You can both taste and feel the craftsmanship in our products. From cocktail to cup, we cut no corners and spare no expenses, offering a unique experience that is truly Santa Fe.

Our ceramic pieces are meant to be enjoyed through use — both at the pub and in your home. Each piece in our gallery is handmade by local Santa Fe ceramic artists and available for purchase.

We encourage you to embrace New Mexico's long-standing pottery tradition by creating your own temporary work of ceramic art! The pub's communal workshop tables have all of the raw clay & tools you need to unleash your inner artist, engage with friends old and new, and tap into the artistic spirit of Santa Fe.
Tag us in a photo of your masterpiece to enter our monthly contest—#TumblerootPotteryPubChallenge—then take it home with you! We use self-drying sculptural clay that does not need to be fired.
